The Role - National Service Manager, Medical Systems

This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute National Service Manager, to manage their service operation across the United Kingdom.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of national Field Service Engineers based throughout the UK; building and nurturing all relationships with key customers, regularly attending meetings and providing customer care, ensuring the delivery of KPI's, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets. The successful incumbent will also be an instrumental driving force in attempts to grow and develop all service revenues throughout their operation in the UK.
