Day Role, Monday to Friday
£28,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Benefits Package including bonus,

The Role - Project Engineer / Project Manager (Manufacturing /
Medical Device)
Following expansion at their highly automated, fast-paced and
modern manufacturing facility, they seek to recruit a Project
Engineer. This role is critical to the continued success of the
site. You will be responsible for managing a number of projects
simultaneously and have cradle to grave responsibility. You will
manage the installations of new capital equipment, carry out the
modifications of existing process machinery and assist in driving
through continuous improvements initiatives. The position will
involve working days, Monday to Friday.
Your Background - Project Engineer / Project Manager
(Manufacturing / Medical Device)
To apply you should be able to demonstrate a background as a
project engineer or project manager, or as an engineer with
experience of leading projects, working in a regulated
manufacturing or fast moving consumer goods environment - medical
device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, FMCG, plastics or
automotive. You will be educated with a City & Guilds, ONC,
HNC, HND or Degree in an engineering discipline. You should
understand technical drawings, be able to manage subcontractors and
liaise with suppliers, create project management and validation
documentation and effectively plan and action projects within
agreed timescales and to budget.
You must also be a confident communicator and have good
influencing skills and be determined to drive through continuous
improvements. You will ideally be highly ambitious and keen to show
your talent and value, get recognised for your achievements and
seek promotion into more senior roles.
