solutions, healthcare informatics and clinical diagnostics

The Role - Regional Service Manager, Medical Imaging
Systems
This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute
and customer focused Service Delivery Manager / Regional Service
Manager, responsible for all field service operations and revenues
in their Midlands region. The successful applicant will need to
reside in the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshoire,
Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Birmingham, West Midlands,
Warwickshire, Worcestershire, or Shropshire area, and be willing to
travel extensively throughout the Midlands to visit customers and
field service engineers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team
of twenty field based Field Service Engineer; building and
nurturing all relationships with key customers, regularly attending
meetings and providing customer care, ensuring the delivery of
KPI's, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and
customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets.
The successful incumbent will also be an instrumental driving force
in attempts to grow and develop all service revenues throughout
their operation in the Midlands

A strategic thinker with a proven track record in service
management, you will bring with you the necessary commercial skills
and business flair required to succeed in this demanding and
exciting role.Utilising this organisations excellent reputation for

platform, you will foster key relationships with customers, look to
develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a
broad product portfolio offering the latest cutting edge' solutions
in medical systems technology. While experience gained within the
