£32K - £35K (OTE £55K) + Overtime + Car + Benefits

My client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of cranes and lifting equipment which are used in a range of sectors including manufacturing, petrochemical and hydro / thermal /wind power industries. This well respected organisation has been supplying this marketplace for decades, establishing and nurturing long term relationships with a customer base at the forefront of technology.

The Role - Field Service Engineer (Cranes)

Following expansion they seek to recruit a customer focused and highly motivated Field Service Engineer responsible for developing customer relationships and servicing and maintaining a range of high value cranes and lifting equipment. The role will involve carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and fault-finding and repairing a range of industrial cranes.

Your Background - Field Service Engineer (Cranes)

To apply you should be apprentice-trained or equivalent and fully conversant with electrical engineering disciplines. You will ideally have experience of motor contactor control circuits, drive couplings, brakes and/or reduction gearboxes. Experience working with overhead cranes and hoists would be advantageous but is not essential as full product training will be given.

A starting salary of £32K - £35K is accompanied by a package which includes overtime, company car, pension, phone and holidays. The overall earnings are circa £55K.
